Our Policy
Gym Policies and Code of Conduct

All members of Bolton Thai Boxing Club are required to adhere to our uniform policy and training standards to ensure safety, discipline, and team unity. All students must wear the official gym uniform during training sessions, including branded shorts and t-shirts or vests. This not only promotes a sense of belonging but also allows instructors to maintain safety standards by ensuring appropriate attire during physical activity. Fighters representing the gym in competitions are expected to train a minimum of three times per week. This consistent training is essential to maintain conditioning, technique, and readiness for upcoming bouts. Failure to meet this requirement may result in withdrawal from fight opportunities at the discretion of the coaching team.

All members must show respect to coaches, staff, and fellow students at all times. Disrespectful, aggressive, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in suspension or termination of membership. Cleanliness and hygiene are also a priority; members must bring their own towel, and ensure personal equipment such as gloves, wraps, and shin guards are clean and in good condition. Any injuries or medical conditions must be disclosed to the coaching staff prior to participation in training.

We are committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all individuals, regardless of background or experience level. By attending classes and participating in gym activities, all members agree to uphold these policies and the values of hard work, humility, and mutual respect that underpin our training culture.
